Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping

International Mail Service and Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments will be delivered by your local postal service. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. 

 

International orders may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory. For details of customs charges please consult your local customs authorities.

Modify Your Order

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at service@vitalbeauty.cc with your order number within 2 hours of order submission. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or cancelled. You can always return your products for a refund and place a new order.

Report An Issue

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at service@vitalbeauty.cc with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Returns & Refunds

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at service@vitalbeauty.cc with your order number and the products you would like to return. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and instructions for returning. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. 

 

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

 

Please note that only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded. Rejecting to receive the order or sending the products back without authorization will not be refunded.

 

We can not accept returns or offer you a refund for products purchased elsewhere than www.vitalbeauty.cc. Please contact the customer service of the retailer you purchased from.
